Tias Eckhoff (1926-2016), one of Norway's most celebrated designers and among those who helped make Scandinavian design a world-famous concept. He won the Lunning Prize in 1953, gold medal at the Milan triennale as well as the Jacob Prize and more. His work has been represented in many museums, including MoMA, the Victoria and Albert Museum, the Nasjonalmuseet and more.
