The Focus de Luxe Collection is designed by Folke Arström. Introduced to the world in 1955, the collection was inspired by the streamlined shapes of cars and airplanes at the time. It became an instant hit, with many royal and foreign celebrities buying the collection, including Grace Kelly being one of its earliest customers. It has since became a part of collections from museums such as the Victoria & Albert Museum and MoMA. It has also been recognized by The New York Times as one of the “100 best designed products of modern times".
