Description

This dish, made of polished 18/10 stainless steel, is part of the Dorotea collection - an homage to the natural beauty surrounding the small village of Dorotea. Shaped by ice over centuries, the region's landscape of mountains, valleys, and wide-open spaces has inspired soft, fluid forms that seamlessly flow together. Often overlooked, these transitions are where the true artistry lies - subtle, yet full of movement and surprise. With its minimalist and organic design, the Dorotea collection blends Nordic tradition with refined craftsmanship on an international scale.

Dorotea is produced from 91% post-consumer recycled stainless steel. This means that the stainless steel has had a past life.

In addition to being extremely durable, stainless steel can be melted down and transformed into new products without losing its properties and qualities. Stainless steel can be endlessly recycled, meaning it is a material that keeps on giving.

Dorotea received the international design prize German Design Award in 2024 in the category Excellent Product Design.
